Morgan Vorndran suffers from a condition known as Severe Neutropenic Aplastic Anemia. Her bone marrow cannot produce enough new red and white blood cells and platelets to sustain her. Currently, she requires weekly transfusions. Morgan has a tremendous heart. She cares about other’s feelings and always tries to spread love, peace, and understanding. She loves life and desperately wants to return to a normal teenage life. She is home bound because of her condition and longs to return to school and a more normal life. Despite everything she is going through, she remains positive; still cracking jokes, still reciting movie lines, and making others laugh and smile. Morgan and her family encourage healthy and eligible blood donors to come donate at this blood drive in support of Morgan and others like her.
