This online contest has Christmas written all over it!
The gingerbread house contest is an awesome activity to do with your kids or on your own...EVERYONE is invited to participate in the fun!

The rules are simple:
1.You will make and decorate your gingerbread structure. The rules are very limited....use your imagination but you MUST incorporate at least 1 red and white stripped candy cane. All items used MUST be edible. Make your own gingerbread, buy a kit, or even use graham crackers! You can build a house, a castle, a skyscraper…use your imagination!

2. Submit your name, email, and a photo or video of your entry. You can either DM the Facebook page or email it to Corrina Weikle at cweikle@fwgoodshepherd.org. All entries are due by December 13! Voting will take place between December 14th & 15th.

3. Most importantly....Have fun! Create some memories!!

Other things you need to know:
1. You can make your entry a household entry and share the prize, or you can do them as individually aged entries. If working as a family, put the age of the oldest child and your entry will be entered into that age bracket.

2. Judging categories:
Preschool-grade 1 (we expect that a parent will help, but the child must do the majority).
Grades 2-5
6th grade to adult.

3. Then we will launch a judging poll and the public will get to vote on their favorite! The winner of each age group will receive a $25.00 Target gift card!!
