Hourly rate is $25. This includes 1-3 rooms with access to the kitchen, additional tables, and chairs. You are responsible for setup and tear down. Please bag-up all trash and place it outside the kitchen door for pick up. Good Shepherd does not provide food or drink or consumable supplies such as paper, copies, chalk, markers, coffee, table service, etc.

Once you receive a pending email confirmation, payment is expected based on your hour(s) requested.
The email will contain a payment link.
Once GSC has received your payment, your event will then officially be booked.

The church staff must approve all requests to use the GSC facility. Completion of this form does not guarantee the use of the building. You will be informed if we can accommodate your request as soon as possible.

I have read the BUILDING USE POLICIES of Good Shepherd Church and have shared them with the person listed above as responsible for the group while on site. We will organize our use of these facilities to conform to these policies.

You understand failure to comply with the building use policies will result in the loss of privilege to use the building. You understand that future rental may be denieded if the spaces reserved for you are not returned in original configuration, was left messy, or damage was incurred on church property.
