Christian leadership is using your gifts and abilities in loving service to a person or group for the sake of Christ. All disciples are called to be leaders in any number of ways. Throughout a variety of studies offered throughout the year, persons will explore:

• Attracting, Building and Utilizing Disciples
• The Church’s Role in Making Disciples
• Leading Others
• Teaching Others
• Mentoring Others
• Becoming a Life Long Learner
• Being a Servant Leader

At the conclusion of each study taken, persons will have the opportunity to evaluate, reflect and prayerfully consider the ways God is calling them to use their gifts and then connected with areas of ministry where those gifts can be used. Areas of ministry can be in their church, their homes or their communities.
