Finance Committee
  1. Finance – The members of this part of the Finance Committee are responsible for:
    • Developing our annual operating budget for recommendation to the Church Council
    • Monitoring the monthly financial reports to assure proper accounting and following the budget
    • Overseeing an annual audit of the churches finances and accounting procedures to insure that monies are handled according to approved procedures and properly secured and deposited
  2. Capital Campaign Committee – The members of this committee are charged with assessing the possible needs for a Capital Funding Campaign and providing the church body with a well thought out evaluation of our needs and the process for raising those funds.
  3. Special Gifts & Endowment Committee – This committee guides the leadership of the church in advising of the availability of these types of gifts and coordinates opportunities for our members and constituents to receive information on the possibilities and advantages of these gifts. They also oversee the accounting for and proper use of the Endowments entrusted to the church.
