Because growth as a disciple is ever changing, we here at Good Shepherd feel that it is important to take time to prayerfully consider where we are the strongest and the weakest in the specific areas of:

• Spiritual Life
• Growth Through Study
• Leadership and
• Bearing Fruit

To aid in this process, persons are given ample opportunities to pray, and to use the assessment tool to chart their individual progress.

Once an assessment/evaluation has been made and prayer has helped determine your next step, you will be given an opportunity to let church leadership know what your specific needs by completing and returning a response card.

The personal assessments are confidential and kept by the participants, the response cards are used by church leadership to develop programming that will help the individual continue on their path of growth.
